We provide 24/7 emergency roadside assistance and scheduled vehicle services, including car battery jumpstarts, battery replacements, and emergency fuel delivery, within the city limits of **Bengaluru, Karnataka**, India. Service availability is subject to geographical coverage and traffic conditions at the time of the request.

2. Payment, Pricing, and Cancellation

• **Pricing:** Service charges are quoted based on the type of service, time of day (day/night charges apply), and location. Final charges will be confirmed by the technician on arrival or during the booking process.
• **Payment:** We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
• **Advance Payment:** We reserve the right to request a small, non-refundable advance payment to confirm a booking during peak hours or specific locations to cover dispatch costs.
• **Cancellation:** If you cancel a confirmed service after a technician has been dispatched, the advance payment (if collected) will be forfeited to cover travel time and fuel costs.

3. Limitations of Liability

While our technicians are highly trained, our liability is limited. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, consequential damages arising from the service (e.g., electronic system failure due to a weak battery prior to jumpstart), or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, road closures, traffic accidents).

4. Product Warranty (Battery Replacement)

New batteries provided by **CarBatteryJumpstart.in** are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty (e.g., Exide, Amaron). We facilitate the warranty process, but the terms and conditions are strictly those of the battery manufacturer.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your location, vehicle, and the nature of the breakdown.
• Ensure a safe environment for the technician to work, especially at the roadside.
• Verify the technician's identity before allowing service to commence.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
